These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Elevate Group (Yannick Mart J Slegers (autónomo)), VAT/NIF ESZ1478825E, based at Calle de Juan Bravo 62, 28006 Madrid, Spain.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every quote, assignment and agreement between Elevate Group and the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Quotes and formation of agreement

Elevate Group's quotes are non-binding and valid for the period stated in the quote. An agreement is formed once both parties confirm in writing (including by email).

3. Execution

Elevate Group carries out the agreed services to the best of its insight and ability. This is a best-efforts obligation, not a guaranteed-result obligation, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Price and payment

Prices are agreed per assignment based on scope and duration, as stated in the quote. Invoices must be paid within the term stated on the invoice.

5. Liability

Elevate Group's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties handle confidential information received from each other with due care and do not share it with third parties without consent.

7. Termination

An agreement can be terminated by either party observing a reasonable notice period, as set out in the specific agreement.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Madrid.
